The analysis appears in Heart Rhythm, the official journal of the Heart Rhythm Society, the Cardiac Electrophysiology Society, and the Pediatric & Congenital Electrophysiology Society, published by Elsevier. In any event, NO study found a 50 percent increase in any definition of what you reference as sudden death. There were elevated levels of unexplained mortality but those have been linked to the fact that many individuals deferred medical exams and treatments during the 18 months of the most intense Covid outbreaks and we are now seeing the consequences of medical conditions that might have otherwise been treatable .
