Some Sefardim refer to Hashem as Allah.
Also, I once read a teshuva that said that it is unnecessary to say thinks like Elokim (with a K) etc. because when people say it, it is usually a form of praise, so it isn’t Lashav. Like Tzur Mishelo, we say “Kidvar Hashem” but the whole song is a type of praise/Tefila.
