As noted elsewhere, Kavanaugh’s concurrence today was explicit on the right to travel out of state for abortions in states such as New York and yours where it is entirely legal. In fact, a law just enacted protects medical providers and patients seeking abortion care who come to Connecticut from other states along with expanding access to abortion in Connecticut.
