somehow where i live in ganei geula people manage to live a non Israeli life (even people that have been here for 15 plus years) so obviously you can stay European, there is a number of moisdos, rabonim, shuls, groups that cater specifically to this oilam, what i want to know is if it exists outside this area

i know there is a chasidish oilam in givat zeev, but its more israeli, and besides for the fact that belz is more of a tight knit kehila (and i say this as someone who has belzer friends)

when i say chasidish i mean chutznik chasidish similar to the oilam in romema
