To AAQ: Thank you for trying to understand my point. My point is, under current fracking costs, fracking does not have a market impact if the price of gasoline less than $5.00 per gallon. And we are all wishing for gasoline at much less than that, so fracking is not an answer.
And government is not hostile to fracking, but, so far, government has recognized that there are many considerations besides the cost of gasoline to consider when deciding whether to all fracking on government lands, and private lands with nearby neighbors who don’t get royalties.
