ujm, I don’t have patience to do research now but I highly doubt the board of regents are the ones who have the authority to enforce private schools to adopt the Department of Ed’s so-called curriculum. In reality, the NY Dept. of Ed has no authority to enforce their own curriculum on private schools, it is blatant corruption of them to do so just like the CDC had no power constitutional power to force to people to take covid poison shots but the gov used the CDC as a springboard to enforce their ” emergency mandates” …
