Reply To: Full service gas during a labor shortage

Great way to pad employment numbers for whichever politician is in power during a period of economic slump, but right now there is a labor shortage and you can’t get your gas pumped for you at many stations.
The mom and Pop shops are having an even harder time getting labor (I’ve seen the elderly owner of one shop, actually pumping gas himself because he couldn’t find an intent to hire for a price that he could afford.)
In effect, this is going to put many of the smaller out of business
As far as needing to get out of the car, myself or not, isn’t that a choice I should make, not some clown in a suit in Trenton?
