Regarding the Lubavitcher rebbe, i just refer to him as such; i don’t have the qualifications to determine what his personal status was vis a vis his learning ability, and if he meant what he said about god-in-a-body etc…and it doesn’t really concern me what he is – it’s between him and Hashem. What concerns me is how his community, which positions itself as a fixture in the Jewish world, thinks and behaves.
