watch out for the ‘grandma’ scams, where they call and say they are your grandchild that’s just been kidnapped, and if you pay x amount, the kidnappers will let the child go.
believe it or not, we know someone who fell for this scam.
so, beware – and don’t be in a rush to pay anyone anything.
