If I remember correctly, any American wife can get a Domestic Violence Restraining Order
against her husband, without any evidence of wrongdoing,
and without any witnesses that a wrongdoing occurred.
The wife’s accusation against her husband must be immediately
accepted as true by police, without evidence, and without witnesses,
and without a trial in court, and with no “innocent until proven guilty”.
Considering how unjust America’s Domestic Violence Restraining Orders
are, Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas was justified in defying
the misguided Politically Correct majority.
