Reply To: Vista Windows Explorer Freezing Up

i downloaded hijack this, and when i tried to run it, it gave me a message: “unable to perform because the other program is running”

when i tried to switch to the “other program” it still just gives me the same message

any suggestions .. thanks a ton for your time
