For those who are concerned about their sons using cellphones to text or access the internet, isn’t it possible to buy phones/ plans without these capabilities? Besides the “kosher” phones, there are other phones that only offer voice service. Examples of these are the Jitterbug (marketed to senior citizens) and, I think, some Tracphones (pay as you go).
