SJS, I can’t help being up in arms about the tinokos shel nishba issue. No, none of us are Hashem’s accountant but the point is, whether we view them as t.n.s. or not in this world impacts how we treat them. I’m with Rav Noach, shlita (who should have a refuah shleima) all the way on this.
