It’s way too soon to assess his presidential skills. As far as I am concerned, the real test will come with how he reacts to the next Mid-East crisis. He has said he is dismantling “Gitmo,” but I have a feeling that many of the things he stood for while running his campaign, will of necessity have to be re-evaluated when he realizes what he is truly facing. I personally want to see him succeed. I did not vote for him, but I don’t want our country to be run by an incompetent leader, so I wish him hatzlacha in being the right shaliach for this country as well as for the benefit of E”Y.
