Police are quite strict about talking and driving. My father got pulled over for talking on his cell phone while driving, and he doesnt even own a cell phone!!
He told the cop, “Search my car, u will see I dont own a phone.” The cop said he is not warrented to search, but he saw and he wrote out a ticket!
