Do something fun on a first date. Even if you don’t like the person for your future spouse, at least you will have had an enjoyable evening. Sitting in a hotel lounge is BORING, puts too much pressure on the couple to make conversation that may not flow as easily as it would if they were really having fun together on the date, and if a bunch of other couples are there on thei first date, too, it can be really awkward. There is just so much space to sit in at a hotel lounge. I never liked that idea, and I never will. A guy who uses his imagination to think of something pleasant to do, is a guy who really wants to enjoy spending time with the girl he is seeing that night.
