start with berachos. try to really understand the meaning. use a siduur with eng. explanation if need be. stick with concentrating on that for a week and move on slowly. do not rush it. slowly we will have an appreciation for the tefillos. maybe someone can start a thread on understanding tefillos better. and when you do daven, send up a tefilla that hashem will help you. hatzlocha.
