mepal: do double chin exercises!
Sit upright, then tilt your head back as far as you can manage, now open and close your mouth several times feeling the muscle stretch each time. keep saying apple and you will feel your neck muscles being pulled while doing this! you can do this anytime when ya want during the day or night!
