My wife and I went to St. Thomas two years ago and had a wonderful time. It’s a beautiful island (and nearby St. John [you can get there by ferry] is absolutely stunning).
We went to a resort where we had our own private swimming pool. Some kosher food is available, but we brought our own meat and a small George Forman grill to supplement the basic staples available.
