neatfreak- how is a non-u.s. citizen receiving benefits any more stealing than a u.s. citizen getting food and medical insurance that other people pay for. I’m not saying that I think non-citizens should be able to get the benefits- I’m not really sure how I feel. But I don’t understand why one is stealing and the other is not. Both are getting something.
