I am not a doctor and not much of a carpenter either for that matter, but I would volunteer in one second flat to dispatch Nidal Hasan Malik yms or Khalid Sheikh Mohammed yms with a blunt bladed circular saw. Ditto for the Mumbai terrorist whose name I conveniently forget.
I would have done the same for self proclaimed penitent Tookie Williams, for Ted Bundy, and most of all for Ted McVeigh, whose dispatch I celebrated with a bottle of champagne while listening to “Another One Bites the Dust” at the moment he began his descent to sheoil tachtis.
However, I am sure that there are other cases which are not as clear.
