Well mexico city has a very nice frum community, the weathers nice and there are kosher restaurants, religious schools , mikvahs, etc. But its a different country so its VERY different to anything you’re probably used to. So it could be a culture shock to a lot of people , especially if you’ve never been out of the NY bubble.
