When browsing online, if certain pages don’t open correctly or you get “Input string was not in a correct format.”, you are probably using a diffrent web browser then Internet Explorer. Most websites are built for IE. Some don’t work on Fire Fox and other browsers. If this happens, switch temporarily (or permanently) back to IE. Hatzlacha!
