happy girl, that has been my daughter’s exact experience, paying hundreds of dolalrs for Shabbos getaways, where the boys paid NOTHING, and are the same guys each time, over and over again. She only continues to go to these events, because you never know when a particular event WILL yield a new group of people who show up. But generally, it has been a very unfair situation vis a vis the girls.
