what society does or doesn’t do is hard to control. What is clear is that at aprox. 24 years old the numbers (in the yeshivish community for sure) begin to dip seriously against the girls. Therefore it is their best interest to date with a +4 attitude. I wish it wasn’t so. However so long as we have not eradicated the age gap problem this is in their best interest.
