Trying my best- Try your best to not judge up another Jew unless you’re in his shoes. Maybe he feels he is doing his job -being overly friendly. If someone has a problem with his behavior, she should tell him. If she feels uncomfortable, she can bring her husband and he can tell him, but she has to be there. There is no excuse to bring this right now to a Rav or to the owner. At this stage without confronting him, it’s not even L”H, it’s pure Motzay Shem Rah!
