therabbisdaughters- I agree, if a girl doesn’t realize that it’s provocative, she might appreciate you telling her. However, for the girls who do realize and are doing it anyway, NO! NO! NO! they do NOT need any reminders. They need a lot more than a stranger could provide. If you are capable and willing to take responsibility for her and establish a loving, trusting relationship with her, then perhaps, one day, you can mention it. Otherwise, drop it! Please! People do NOT realize how much power their words have, and how much harm they can do, even if they mean well.
