another idea is to give the kids small jobs to help out (possibly in a different room that you are in ;)). little ones love being able to be mommy’s little helper. it’s more of keeping them busy then the extra help- you just might have to go over what they did. what’s better is after you can tell everyone what a help they were and they will feel so good about themselves!
