Reply To: Some basic Halacha that is ignored in 100% of shuls by 99% of the Kahal

WIY -I heard Beshame a certain Poisek that this halacha doesn’t apply nowadays because of lack of Kavanah. I think he got this from the Aruch Hashulchan.
