As a professional -I disagree with the term over-educated. I have experience in law and medicine. I think once upon a time, people had to be intelligent to get a graduate degree. Nowadays, it’s way overated. I find a lot of professionals coming out of schools that are incompetent. (Men & Women.) Partly because they just memorize to pass tests, amongst other reasons. I think boys have less self-confidence than girls for a variety of reasons, therefore they are reluctant to seek educated girls for spouses.
