Yumi Lowy is very good, he is not the cheapest out there either (he’s in the $1500 range). One very good singer I have heard who charges less than a thousand is Yonatan Shlagbaum. He has a very nice voice and is very, very leibedik. He sings with all of the different bands. If you’re looking to spend in the $1500 range then I recommend either Yummi Lowy or Benny Friedman. Benny is AWESOME!!! Great voice and very leibedik.
