Calorie diets work the best. My husband has been on it for years already. It works because you know you can have whatever junk you want .. but then less for luinch etc.
You can eat a full b’fast, lunch and suppper. Looks like a lot but really only 2100 calories. It depends on your build. you can’t go down too much..
