chesed-yes its human to talk to a co worker but they do this for i would guess an hour and a half to two hours a day, they huddle together at one of their desks and have long drawn out ocnversations,

“They think the men get paid more cause they need it.. No fair!”

where i work (a yeshiva) the same goes for married people as opposed to single people
