I am not saying if this was right or wrong but I know of a story were someone double parked and this person couldn’t get through and it was taking him a very long time to inch his way between the cars. Finally after he got through he went to the car that was double parked and took out all the air from the tires, and wrote a message on a paper “There is nothing wrong with your tires-I just let the air out-just like you wasted my time I am wasted yours and stuck it on the double parked car.
