When one listens to only one side you still can’t take a chance. Of course you can’t push for divorce, etc. and you wouldn’t want to have the achrius, the best advice you can give someone is to hand them the phone number of an organization such as Shalom Task Force who can help them out. If they are truly in trouble it is up to them to make the call. If they don’t make the effort to help themselves, there is truly nothing you can do to help them.
