It means reconditioning boys not to reject out of hand girls who suddenly have 2 additional years to broaden their horizons (since they are banned from the dating pool) in college or the workplace. If the boys are not reconditioned, do you know how many girls will never get a date because they are “modern working girls”, or “overeducated”?
