aries – Yes its totaly wrong, and they definetly have to ask every person on line. The reason why people might tend to do only ask the person they know, is because they would realy cut to the begining, just its uncomfortable to simply cut ahead of somone they dont know, however if they do know somone ahead of them its just not uncomfortable. But yes its totaly wrong.
