It’s important to remember that the job market is quite open here in Israel but in order to work at a ‘legal’ job you will need to apply for a worker’s permit. I don’t know too much about them since I made aliya.
If a person isn’t picky as to how much they expect from a paycheck there are plenty of English speaking jobs available.
