Another intresting point is that if Baby Reuven is born on 20 Adar Aleph and Baby Shimon is born a few weeks later on 5 Adar Beis, and then 13 years later there is only one Adar, and both Reuven and Shimon commit a death penalty crime on the exact same day of the 15th of Adar, the “older” Reuven is off the hook and free since he is still a minor, while the “younger” Shimon is executed as an adult.
