Who shows pictures at 30fps? NTSC is 24fps and pal is something else, but neither of them are 30.
Film is normally 23.976 FPS but there are some systems that use 24 FPS
PAL is 25 FPS
NTSC is 29.97 FPS
ATSC supports all of the above and adds 30, 50, 59.94, and 60 FPS
At those other speeds, is there something inherently wrong? 🙂
