I’ll tell you what helps me-
If I have a skirt thats too short, its too hard to just throw it away. So I put it in back of my closet and tell myself that I’m just not wearing it for now. Thats much easier to do. Eventually, either it will go out of style, or I’ll outgrow it, or just forget about it
