Happiest, stay in control and “choose” not to give in to that old illness. Try to think about what is triggering your bad mood and think about how to deal with it or what you can do about it. If there is nothing you can do about it then chalk it up to “it is what it is” and tomorrow is a new day. If there is something you can do about, then think about what you can do in this situation to bring about a different outcome and avoid these bad feelings.
