Today wasn’t such a great day
Though it started out all right
I accomplished some things, oh sure
But not much about which to write.
Feel I wasted lots of time
Didn’t do what I thought I would
Procrastination got the better of me
And pushed off more than I should.
So today did not seem to turn out so well
It’s gone, can’t back it bring
But tomorrow holds fresh new chances
With which I can do anything.
I probably should’ve stuck this in the poetry thread. oh well. Sorry, Eclipse!
