yayin nesech is what i said about avoda zara – and it’s assur.
stam yayin is wine that’s not mevushal and is touched or owned by a goy – and it’s also assur. and i think boiled wine is not a problem because it can’t be used for nesech.
basyisroel – you’re right about the drinking together thing – because it leads to intermarriage. i just don’t remember why yayin mevushal would solve that problem… there’s a gemara that discusses this… it’s killing me
