minyan gal- I believe it’s ok because the cous cous is cold and so is the scooper so there’s no problem with blios and since it is coming out of the dishwasher there is no problem with bien either. Coffee may be a problem because it becomes treif in the dishwasher and since it is served hot, there are blios. I know there are poskim who are maikel with coffee, but I’m not sure why.
