maybe lots of men and boys are still learning at this time? at night is when most working women with children do their shopping and there are very few stores in teh 20’s and the teens, with exceptions of kings hwy, ave m, ave j,..among others. like someone else mentioned-bp and willi have many simcha halls. or maybe those ‘quiet area’ dwellers have kavod habriyos for those that are sleeping… the list goes on..
