“You just dont get the same taste and appearance as you do with store-bought grilled foods. The reason is that it doesnt get as hot as the professional grills do and the food on the GF ends up boiling in its liquid as opposed to getting grilled quickly. Its mushy, oozing liquid and dried out at the same time. I use it now and then, but Im never happy with the results on the GF.”

Maybe the reason you are not happy with the results is because the parchment paper is covering the grooves under the food, blocking the liquid from draining.
