Let me ask my question better. When someone makes a budget, its because he is under the impression that he will recive X amount of dollars a year. Now why shouldn’t he have bitachon that he will recive what he needs, and not live with a budget? (Yes, he might not see it on paper, but he should have emunah and bitachon that hashem will give him wha he needs}
