I have had my Keurig for almost 2 years and have had no problems with it all. I absolutely adore the coffee that it makes – consequently I have been drinking waaaaaaaay too much coffee. I find that the price of the Kcups can be a bit much, so I make my own – not using the “thingamajig” with the mesh filter that you can buy from Keurig (also comes free with some special Keurig packaging). I save the plastic cups from the Kcaps and using special reusable lids that I ordered on line, I can make my own Kcups at just a few cents each. The main reason I began doing this is because I couldn’t find any coffee in Kcups that I liked. I can now make my coffee as strong or as weak as I like. I am really rambling, because I really, really, really love my Keurig – and nobody pays me to say this stuff.
