ronrsr, when I graduated high school I typed 95 words a minute on a manual typewriter. According to most that was pretty fast at that time. My speed picked up when I started working because the office had electric typewriters. I don’t look at the keyboard when I type. i used to look at the hardcopy, notes or paper and now I look at the screen. Of course it is much easier to type on a computer since there is spell check and no one cares about making mistakes because of it.
